Hi, your videos are really informative and useful, thanks!
Please can I ask, my iphone 3gs works perfectly but the screen has lots of horizontal white lines accross it, but i can still see everything on the screen, in colour and also use touch screen without a problem. Not sure if the part I need is a new screen or not? any advice, much appreciated !

I dropped my ipod and the screens cracked all over. Theres no picture now but it does still sort of work. Its still sensitive to touch, i can here the clicking when i unlock it and can still play music (when i can find it) and the screen still lights up. What do i have to replace?

  21. RepairsUniverse December 14th, 2010 11:08 am

@chloe28feb100 Sounds like both the glass touch screen digitizer and the LCD screen are damaged. You will need both parts to repair your iPod. You can find these parts at RepairsUniverse (dot) com

The screen of my itouch got smashed and it is still able to be used, but the screen is very white and hard to see and the front glass is cracked. the touch sensitivity is still ok though. do you think i would need to repair only the glass(digitizer) and lcd?

  25. BFR44 December 14th, 2010 1:21 pm

Mine turns white but still works, asfar as when I touch the screen I can hear the click to different apps. I don’t think its had a fall unless one of the kids got ahold of it. What do you think it could be??
