    nah i didn’t say that you shouldn’t.
    it was just a heads up,that normally it wont be soon before they know their way around, because of the complexities and just because there’s so much possibility that can be done using such tools. so take your time!

    i’d say it would take a hell lot of time if you’ve never done them. learning the DAW takes some time, learning the synth takes sometime, learning the theory behind takes some time, and eventually to set the tool itself you’ll have to manifest some time too

    is there velocity sensitivity on the launchpad? like when you play drum loops theres only on/off, same voulume all time?

    at the top click the drop down help menu then click check for updates. Then download what it gives you and run it.

    Make sure you are running verison 8.06 or higher if not click help at the top then check for updates then download them xD
