ATIZ Innovation is a pioneer in the development of professional book scanners, and a world leader in the field of scanning books c digital camera. Company name is derived from the Eng. “Creativity” – “creativity, artistic ability,” and “creatist” (pronounced “creatiz”) – man, they have. Remove the letters “cre”, get “atiz”, a name that, among other things, will go to the top of the list, sorted alphabetically.
Initially, the idea of creating a company owned by its founder – Dr. Sarasin “Art” Booppanon, who, receiving a doctoral degree, had to copy the necessary books, countless hours in libraries, to realize that the world needs another way of digitizing the information. Later, with the participation of Dr. Jackrit Suthakorn, an expert in robotics, was designed and developed the first scanner. Atiz Innovation Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2005 in Bangkok, Thailand. Then, in order to increase market companies with leadership ATIZ Innovation Co., Ltd. contacted Nick Warnock, who, through extensive knowledge and success in management and sales went well for the management of the American branch of the company – thus, ATIZ Innovation Inc. was registered as a private company in Los Angeles, California, in January 2006.
The company has developed a number of book scanners based on digital cameras (mostly – TSFK from Canon) to obtain images of the scanned books of high quality.
