This is something special for all the people who supported me over the years. This is the liveset i played in Berlin on the 12th of April this year and its not just only my tech music – this also includes the stunning live visuals of uli sigg who made them live to my set. As always with live recordings the audio is not the best but at least it soundz real rough undergroundish The whole gig was played with Natives amazing Maschine and Ableton Live 8. bit.ly Dubspot Instructor and Ableton Certified Trainer Mike Hatsis shows you how to route audio from Ableton Live into Native Instruments Maschine in the first part of this two-part video tutorial focusing on the synchronization and creative possibilities of using Live and Maschine. Routing audio from Live provides a great opportunity for editing and fine-tuning audio loops and samples, and you can also warp and sync samples. In part one, Hatsis explains and demonstrates how you send audio from Live into Maschine while Maschine as a plugin inside of Live. A little loveletter to Natives Maschine and my other lovely gear. This is the fist time i did a video with Modul8 to add some more spice instead of the old finger cam. The track was produced entirely with Maschine, which was hosted in Ableton Live8. I used a delay and Beatlookup from the Reaktor User Library. Enjoy
