   @madmaroprojects that’s a lie itunes does not duplicate the file size. And it is 8gigs but the freaking os that pwns every other mp3 player on the planet takes up about 70mb -.-

    @xXsold13rZ9Xx Back in 2001 (when the iPod was released) Internet Explorer was pre installed on all Macs because of a deal Apple and Microsoft had. When Safari was released in 2003, Apple dropped internet explorer as the pre installed browser. Microsoft then stopped supporting IE on the Mac all together, as the amount of Mac users that used it dropped from 90% to around 10% in a very short amount of time. Funny thing was IE ran better on a computer running OS X then a Computer running Windows.

    @tankbukkake Todays modern MP3 players should not be classified as MP3 players, as they can now play different formats.When someone says “iPod” you know it will play MP3,MP4,WAV,ALAC and WMA formats and different models will play video formats.So the iPod does exist. Its a brand name that happens to be the standard. Just like “Kleenex” is the standard for the product Facial Tissue and “Scott Towel” being the standard for Paper Towel.Brand names are easier to remember then product name.
