    you’d probably need a real powerful computer in the first place i would imagine.

    Can I VJ from the same computer Im making music with? Or will the screen from my DAW show up on the projector screen?

    yep i only use a box to switch sometimes from the pc to normal tv or DVD player

    You don’t strictly need “2 video sources”, nor a video mixer. These things may be beneficial, depending on what you want to do, or the equipment you have. A single computer can act as multiple video sources, mixing the “video” internally.
